Let’s be real - 2024 was a year that brought me to my knees. As military spouses, we’re no strangers to change, but last year tested me in every way. In November, I lost my dad to cancer. The grief has been heavy, and I’m still navigating life without him.

But I’ve also never been more certain of why I do this work.
